Salary:  AED 245,640 – 270,500 per annum including housing allowance (Depending on Experience)

FTE and working pattern: Full-time (1FTE); 35hrs per week

Weareseeking an enthusiastic and ambitiouscolleaguewhowouldliketojoinour successful School. Through the two-year Fellowship programme, we will support the development of the Fellow in relation to learning, teaching and research. The Fellow will join our Management Department and work collaboratively as part of the academic teams.

ThisprogrammehasbeendesignedforrecentPhDgraduates(orthoseinthefinalstagesof viva preparation) who do not have significant teaching experience and are aspiring for an academic career. Our fellow will be mentored by experienced academics and will have an individual development plan.

Edinburgh Business School (EBS) Dubai is the largest of five Schools in Dubai. We have staff across three campuses and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate taught and research degrees across a wide range of discipline areas. We are a global University and this is reflected in the way that we manage programmes and courses. Student numbers on our Dubai Campus continue to grow, which provides the opportunity for us to attract talent to grow our academic capacity.

Applicants must have a doctoral qualification in Strategic Management, and we anticipate that these roles will be most useful to the careers of those without significant teaching experience.

These posts will allow you to develop your portfolio of teaching and research experiences which will set you up for a successful career in higher education.

As part of our fellowship programme, we will provide a structured annual plan where you will be supported to enhance your skills across both teaching and research/scholarship. In return, you will provide our students with an excellent learning experience, collaborate with colleaguesanddriveforwardsresearch.
