- Skillfully manage feeding schedules, whether breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, and accurately track intake.
- Execute proper diapering techniques and maintain impeccable hygiene to prevent rashes and infections.
- Establish and maintain consistent soothing and comforting techniques to calm a distressed infant.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
- Hold current certifications in Infant CPR and First Aid.
- Have at least 2-3 years of documented professional experience caring for newborns.
