Essential skills and experience
Solid understanding of HVAC fundamentals and building services systems
Experience working in a service or maintenance environment
Current Victorian Electrical Licence
Strong fault finding and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills

To be considered for this opportunity, the successful candidate will possess the following:
Experience with HVAC fundamentals and systems (Siemens systems desirable)
Knowledge and experience Building Automation systems (Siemens systems desirable)
Proficiency with computers, networks and 3rd party software ( i.e. Microsoft )
Experience with Building Automation / PLC / Process software programming
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
The ability to demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting various BAS platforms (e.g., Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience servicing and maintaining Building Automation Systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and control strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to diagnostics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control sequences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours, including on-call support.
