• Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with the project HSE requirements, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Monitor and supervise site personnel to ensure safe work practices are maintained at all times.

• Prepare and review risk assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.

• Issue and monitor daily Permit to Work (PTW) for site activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.

• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and internal training sessions for site personnel.

• Perform regular inspections of the worksite, equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure compliance with HSE standards.

• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure all required third-party inspections, certifications, and mandatory training are completed on time.

• Prepare and maintain project HSE documentation, including:

  • HSE Plan

  • Emergency Response Plan (ERP)

  • Waste Management Plan

  • Environmental Management Plan (EMP)

  • Other project-specific HSE documents as required

Desired Candidate Profile

• NEBOSH Certificate (minimum requirement).

• 3–10 years of UAE construction experience, preferably in infrastructure, industrial plants, or substations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Sound knowledge of:

  • Confined Space Entry

  • Working at Height

  • Infrastructure Construction Activities

  • Hot Work

  • Lifting Operations

  • Permit to Work (PTW) System

  • Other high-risk construction activities
