<ul><li><p>Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with the project HSE requirements, procedures, and applicable regulations.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and supervise site personnel to ensure safe work practices are maintained at all times.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and review risk assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.</p></li><li><p>Issue and monitor daily Permit to Work (PTW) for site activities.</p></li><li><p>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.</p></li><li><p>Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and internal training sessions for site personnel.</p></li><li><p>Perform regular inspections of the worksite, equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure compliance with HSE standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure all required third-party inspections, certifications, and mandatory training are completed on time.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and maintain project HSE documentation, including:</p><ul><li><p>HSE Plan</p></li><li><p>Emergency Response Plan (ERP)</p></li><li><p>Waste Management Plan</p></li><li><p>Environmental Management Plan (EMP)</p></li><li><p>Other project-specific HSE documents as required</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>NEBOSH Certificate (minimum requirement).</p></li><li><p>3–10 years of UAE construction experience, preferably in infrastructure, industrial plants, or substations.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Good command of written and spoken English.</p></li><li><p>Sound knowledge of:</p><ul><li><p>Confined Space Entry</p></li><li><p>Working at Height</p></li><li><p>Infrastructure Construction Activities</p></li><li><p>Hot Work</p></li><li><p>Lifting Operations</p></li><li><p>Permit to Work (PTW) System</p></li><li><p>Other high-risk construction activities</p></li></ul></li></ul>
