Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. In this position, the individual will promote and sell medical consumables, compliance services, and biomedical solutions to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting sales visits and product presentations, managing a sales pipeline, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves building long-term relationships, providing responsive customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions. The Medical Sales Representative will also stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities to support strategic sales planning and achieve revenue targets. Qualifications Candidates should possess Medical Sales expertise with a strong track record in selling healthcare products or services. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and support clients effectively. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medical consumables and Healthcare Licensing / Training to understand clinical needs and product applications. Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, relationship management, and basic sales analytics or CRM tools. Relevant bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare regulators in the UAE or GCC is an advantage. Ability to work online marketing, manage across all emirates, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
