Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager and Content Creator role based in Dubai. The person in this role will manage and grow social media channels, plan and execute content calendars, Shoot and edit high-quality BTS photo and video content. Daily responsibilities include drafting and publishing posts, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content for each platform, and coordinating with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, engaging with online communities, and reporting insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications✔️ Proven experience in social media management or content creation. ✔️ Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills. ✔️ Experience with Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage). ✔️ Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising. ✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. ✔️ A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding. ✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ✔️ UAE driving licence is an advantage.????
