About Us

Yuri Tools is a leading distributor of power tools and abrasives in the UAE, official Preferred Distributor and Agent for Dong Cheng. We supply hardware retailers, contractors, and industrial workshops across the Emirates and are expanding our on-ground sales team to capture new dealer, contractor, and project accounts.

The Role

We're looking for a go-getter, dynamic Sales Executive with hands-on power tools experience to drive B2B sales across hardware retailers, contractors, and metal fabrication/construction accounts in the UAE. This is a target-driven, relationship-first role — you'll be on the road daily, building and growing a book of dealers, distributors, industrial users and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of power tools and abrasives to hardware retailers, distributors contractors, and project buyers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and site procurement teams

• Identify and pursue new accounts through active field prospecting and cold visits

• Advise customers on product selection (tools, discs, blades, accessories) based on technical requirements

• Manage the full sales cycle: quoting, negotiation, order closure, and after-sales follow-up

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular pipeline reports

  
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

What You Bring

• Power tools industry sales experience is a must — hands-on knowledge of power tools and/or abrasives (grinders, drills, saws, cutting/grinding discs) is essential

• Proven track record of hitting sales targets in a B2B/field sales environment

• An existing network of contractor, dealer, or hardware retailer contacts in the UAE is a strong advantage

• A true go-getter — self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working independently in the field

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

• Fluent English; Hindi/Malayalam/Urdu and/or Arabic a plus
