Manage all booking aspects, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client preferences and budget.
Provide specialized advice on visa requirements, travel insurance, and local customs, proactively addressing any potential travel disruptions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trip, offering prompt support and issue resolution.
Communicate with airlines and hotels and coordinate collaborations and travel packages

Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; a university degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Proven practical experience (two years or more) in a role requiring direct client interaction in the tourism or hospitality sector. Familiarity with global travel destinations and understanding of different travel patterns. Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre, and booking platforms.
