• Perform periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that applicable systems continue to perform reliably.

• Maintain accurate project records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying Team Leads of recurring issues.

• Monitor graphic stations for error messages or alerts

• Ensure uninterrupted system operation,

• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed

• Ensure timely response to attend and finish customer calls to meet service level agreements,

• Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.

• Monitor the performance of existing systems and identify potential upgrades/updates.

• Material coordination

• Operational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and broader operational scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining ELV systems.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and PA systems.
• Relevant certifications such as BICSI, Crestron, AMX, or specific manufacturer training are highly desirable.
