House of Enspa is currently seeking an outstanding Customer Relations Executive (UAE National) for its locations.
Job Responsibilities
· Meet and greet customers
· Handle customer inquiries via phone and or email.
· Educate customers on services and menu features.
· Resolve customer issues and handle customer complaints.
· Collect customer feedback.
· Handle other customer related administrative tasks from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline/high school diploma
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply (extensive training will be provided)
