The Job responsibilities include :
- Planning and scheduling work assignments for part-timers.
- Briefing and guiding the part-timers on job requirements and responsibilities.
- Ensuring all assignments are allocated and completed before the deadlines.
- Liaising with clients, management, and colleagues regarding project and assignments requirements.
- Quality assurance check and proofreading of reports before dispatching to the clients.
- Monitor assignment progress and address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly.
- Providing feedback and guiding part-timers based on the quality of their work and efficiency while doing the job.
- Managing time and work adequately.
Skills
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English language (both writing and speaking)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
