The Key Account Executive is responsible for developing and securing new business opportunities with key accounts within the territory/market. This role focuses on growing specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported by performance-related Customer Development Agreements (CDAs) to profitably grow volume and market share within key accounts/channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure new business opportunities with key accounts in the assigned territory/market.
- Grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans.
- Support business plans with performance-related Customer Development Agreements (CDAs) to profitably grow volume and market share.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges within key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of strategies and execution of plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from key accounts.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- University degree.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with FMCG companies in an account executive position in Dubai.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Key account management and finance knowledge.
- Analytical and time management skills.
- UAE driving license.
