We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources roles within the UAE, demonstrating expertise in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to employee records management, payroll administration, and attendance tracking.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and track employee development initiatives.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation to support HR activities.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and enhance HR effectiveness.
- General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR-related documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
