About Role:

We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main contact for our clients and customers, offering assistance and support to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our customer service department.

  6. Work with other departments to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  7. Offer information about local amenities, transportation options, and airport procedures.
  8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company offerings to serve customers effectively.
  9. Track and follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are addressed.
  10. Deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive, helpful attitude in all interactions.


Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:


  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-oriented role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle the multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and customer service software.
  • Friendly and approachable attitude with a dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work in the various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related job field are advantageous.
