We are looking for a HR Executive (Payroll) to join the team of our client, a semi-governmental organisation in Dubai.
The individual will manage payroll processing for the organization while supporting the HR Director in various human resources functions.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll management, onboarding/off boarding processes, and strong skills in Excel for data analysis.
Key responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll for a large volume of employees, working closely with the Payroll Manager to meet deadlines and maintain compliance.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.
- HR Administrative Support: Assist the HR Director in executing HR strategies, initiatives, and functions related to employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
- Record Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of employee data, including payroll, attendance, and leave information, ensuring proper documentation for audits and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with specific expertise in payroll management and supporting HR functions.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing payroll and maintaining employee records.
