About the Role:


We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with excellent attention to detail, discretion, and innovative problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a streamlined office environment and assist team members
  • Manage communications: sorting, distribution, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels and address shortages
  • Troubleshoot office-related issues and respond to requests efficiently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy adherence
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties as needed


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role (back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant)
  • Familiarity with office equipment and tools
  • Strong knowledge of office management practices
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Proficient problem-solving and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
