Call Centre Executive - Collections

We are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Executive for one of our client to be based out of their Dubai office.


Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and proactive Call Centre Executives to join our Collections team. As a Call Centre Executive - Collections, you will be responsible for seeking overdue payments from customers, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage sensitive situations, and a commitment to achieving collection goals while providing exceptional customer service.


Job Description:

Debt Collection:

  • Initiate outbound calls to discuss overdue payments and convince them to make the necessary payments towards their overdue payments.


Negotiation & Settlement:

  • Negotiate settlements for closure of liability
  • Offer solutions and adjustments to assist customers in resolving their debts while meeting collection objectives.


Record Management:

  • Log every contact attempt, including details of the conversation and outcomes.
  • Remove settled debts and deceased individuals from records in accordance with company policies.
  • Update customer records when debts are satisfied or agreements are reached.


Customer Interaction:

  • Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to their accounts and payment status.


Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in collections roles.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional approach.
  • Proficiency in using basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of collections processes, and relevant regulations is advantageous.
