RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
· Knowledgeable in managing air and ocean freight operations.
· Identify and target potential clients within the cargo and logistics sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with new and existing clients.
· Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
· Support the development of marketing strategies to enhance client outreach
Skills
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry (Air & Sea).
· Must possess an existing customer base within the target market.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of cargo handling and transportation solutions.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.
· Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships effectively.
· Must have Valid UAE Driving License.
