Job Details

We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Dubai-based team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showcasing residential and commercial properties, and closing sales to meet and exceed monthly targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify potential clients through referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct property viewings and present detailed information on features, pricing, and investment potential.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure successful closing of transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for property listings.


Skills

  • Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably with 2+ years of experience in the UAE market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s residential and commercial property sectors, including off-plan and resale markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on building trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and real estate listing platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder).
  • Valid UAE Real Estate Broker License (RERA) is highly preferred.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
