We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Supervisor to join our team and oversee the construction and maintenance of various civil projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in managing and supervising construction projects. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the construction and maintenance of civil projects, including roads, buildings, and other structures. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications. Procure materials and equipment required for the project. Manage and supervise subcontractors and other construction workers. Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, daily logs, and cost tracking. Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
