Key Responsibilities
Project & Site Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all interior finishing and fit-out activities on site


  • Ensure execution aligns with approved IFC drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and specifications


  • Monitor daily progress and ensure milestones are achieved as per the project schedule


  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, QA/QC, and HSE teams


Quality Control & Compliance
  • Ensure all works meet project quality standards, design intent, and authority regulations


  • Conduct inspections, snagging, and quality audits for finishing works


  • Coordinate rectification of defects and ensure timely closure of snag lists


  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, authority approvals, and safety regulations


Contractor & Supplier Coordination
  • Manage and coordinate fit-out subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist vendors


  • Review and monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and workmanship quality


  • Coordinate material deliveries to align with construction sequencing


  • Resolve site issues, clashes, and technical queries in coordination with consultants


Planning & Cost Control
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring look-ahead schedules and work programs


  • Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions


  • Support cost control by minimizing rework, material wastage, and variation risks


  • Review variation orders related to interior finishes and fit-out scope


Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, material approvals, and as-built documentation


  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports


  • Coordinate handover documentation, warranties, and O&M manuals for fit-out works


Team Leadership & Communication
  • Supervise and guide site engineers, foremen, and supervisors


  • Ensure effective communication across site teams, consultants, and stakeholders


  • Promote best practices, productivity, and quality culture on site



RequirementsExperience
  • Minimum 7–12 years of experience in finishing and interior fit-out works


  • Proven experience handling residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects


  • Strong exposure to high-end finishes (marble, tiles, joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, FF&E)


  • GCC experience (UAE / KSA preferred)


Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, methods, and sequencing


  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs


  • Familiar with local authority requirements and approval processes


  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera / MS Project is an advantage


Soft Skills
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills


  • Strong leadership and team management abilities


  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


  • High attention to detail and quality focus
