The family office is expanding and evolving, taking on a wide variety of initiatives - from investment-related activities to the establishment of corporate structures, personal and business administration, and strategic special projects.
Given the rapid pace and complexity, they are building out a strong associate layer to support the Chief of Staff and leadership team with both business-critical and operational tasks.
Description
Supporting the Chief of Staff across personal, operational, and strategic initiatives.Conducting deep research using AI agents and modern tools to gather insights, validate assumptions, and build recommendations.Handling business administration: coordinating with accounting firms, assisting with the setup of new entities, drafting foundational documentation, and helping structure processes.Managing a mix of personal and business tasks, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination when visitors are in town.Ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations and anticipating needs before they arise.Working closely with junior staff and eventually helping oversee them as the team grows.

Profile
A successful Associate Consultant should have:
