We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support the daily operational activities of the company. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating processes, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks
Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation
Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational requirements
Assist in scheduling, tracking tasks, and following up on deadlines
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide general support to the operations team as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Previous experience in operations or administrative support is preferred
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills in English
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email systems)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
