We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with strong expertise in airline systems and large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end quality assurance delivery across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality releases for mission-critical airline applications.
NOTE : Strong preference for candidates with fluency in Arabic and English to support regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA delivery for mid to large digital transformation programs
- Manage the full testing lifecycle including test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management
- Oversee and mentor QA teams across Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface testing
- Collaborate closely with business, engineering, and Agile release teams
- Drive Functional, Non-Functional, and UAT testing across projects
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide clear status reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of quality releases
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large enterprise or aviation technology environments
- Exposure to automation frameworks or performance testing tools
- ISTQB Certification (optional but beneficial)

- Strong experience with core airline systems including:
- PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check-in, GDS/Amadeus
- Proven experience managing QA for mid/large digital transformation initiatives
- Hands-on expertise in Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface testing
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor teams and manage distributed testing environments
