As a B2C (Business to Consumer) Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by connecting with potential customers and persuading them to purchase products or services offered by the company. Your primary focus will be on engaging directly with individual consumers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our products or services can meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals. Although Sharmax Marketing team will support you regarding the quality leads.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products or services and address any objections or concerns raised by customers.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Tracking and Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including interactions with customers, sales leads, and outcomes. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings to remain competitive and effectively position our products or services.
Skills
- Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in a B2C sales role, preferably in a similar industry or product category within UAE Market.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner. (Fluency in English & Arabic both is a must).
