Generate and convert qualified leads within the interior fit-out industry.
Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, real estate firms, and clients.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities across Dubai and surrounding markets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums.
Minimum 3–5 years of Business Development experience in the interior fit-out industry (mandatory).
Strong understanding of the Dubai business market and industry players.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing large-scale projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Hindi.
UAE Driving License – must have.
Ability to work independently with strong negotiation and networking skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
