We are hiring Tele callers for a leading water purification company in Sharjah. This is a customer-focused role where you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our product offerings, and converting leads through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in UAE.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and confidently.
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding.
Handle basic inquiries and resolve customer objections politely.
Requirements
Proven experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Must be fluent in Hindi (spoken) – other regional languages are a plus.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Candidates on dependent visa (husband/family) are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp) is an advantage.
