We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with strong technical expertise in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, quality control, and coordination with various teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise site works according to project drawings and timelines.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
Ensure proper implementation of designs, detailing, and specifications.
Maintain daily site progress reports and prepare technical documentation.
Monitor material deliveries, manpower utilization, and safety compliance.
Support project manager with planning and resolving technical issues on-site.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related.
2–3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out execution.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and manage site logistics.
Knowledge of MEP works coordination and authority approvals is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
