Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a solid background in retail and F&B fit-out projects, and strong hands-on knowledge of MEP systems and coordination. The selected candidate will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage interior fit-out projects from mobilisation to handover
Plan and oversee execution of MEP works, ensuring compliance with technical standards and authority requirements
Act as the primary client liaison—conducting meetings, site inspections, and progress updates
Supervise in-house teams across all trades (MEP, civil, carpentry, etc.)
Allocate manpower and resources across multiple ongoing projects
Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, dashboards, and handover documents
Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai in interior fit-out (retail/F&B)
Proven track record in project management with in-house execution teams
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination with subcontractors
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Ability to produce professional project reports and documentation
Immediate availability is preferred
