A global hospitality group is hiring a Hospitality Sales Manager for its Dubai Head Office. This role suits a proven property sales professional (city or resort) who knows how to drive revenue, build relationships, and close consistently and now wants to take that skillset into a larger platform with real scale, structure, and progression.
You’ll be responsible for generating and growing revenue across the group’s hospitality portfolio. You’ll manage a pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation, closing, and account growth. This is a commercial role for someone who can operate at pace, represent the brand confidently, and deliver numbers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth for the group’s hospitality portfolio
- Build and manage a strong pipeline: outreach, appointments, proposals, closing
- Develop relationships with brokers, agents, corporate clients, and key partners
- Manage existing accounts and grow repeat business through structured follow-up
- Track performance and pipeline activity with clear reporting/CRM discipline
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handover and client experience
Who we’re looking for
- Strong sales background in property (city or resort) — this is essential
- Consistent track record of hitting targets (revenue, units, conversion, pipeline)
- Confident negotiator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Well-organised: follow-up discipline, CRM habits, and accurate forecasting
- Dubai market exposure is preferred; strong GCC network is a plus
- Professional, commercially sharp, and comfortable representing a global brand
Package
- AED 10,000–15,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Bonus/commission on top
- Dubai HQ-based role with a global hospitality group (SZR)
