Profile
Strong experience across Python, SQL/SQL Server, Airflow, DBT, Docker and cloud data toolsBackground in retail or operationally complex, multi‑source data environmentsProven leadership in fast‑paced settings with excellent communication skillsAbility to guide technical decisions without necessarily being the primary builderCalm, structured and supportive leader with high integrity
