Role Description
We’re looking for a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Intern who enjoys interacting with people and solving problems. This role is ideal for someone who can communicate clearly, handle queries efficiently, and ensure a smooth experience for both pet parents and sitters.
About this role
• Handling daily customer queries via WhatsApp and calls
• Assisting with booking coordination between pet parents and sitters
• Supporting onboarding of new pet sitters and guiding them through the platform
• Resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and feedback
• Coordinating with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Assisting in creating FAQs and support documentation
• Ensuring a positive and seamless user journey on the platform
