The Human Resources Generalist is required to oversee all aspects of Government Relations, Medical Insurance, Payroll inputs, Policies & Procedures. This HR role centers on ensuring the wellbeing of colleagues by managing effective documentation of government relations, and medical insurance, payroll, attendance, leave administration, compensation and benefits information and policies and procedures. Knowledge of the UAE labour law is mandatory.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and related documentation for multiple entities.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new joiners, including document collection, asset issuance, and coordination with the Academy and IT teams.
- Arrange accommodation, transportation, and relocation support for international employees.
- Handle all visa, work permit, medical, and biometrics processes in collaboration with the PRO.
- Manage medical and life insurance enrollments, updates, and cancellations.
- Oversee payroll activities, including salary registers, payslips, commissions, bonuses, and deductions for various entities.
- Monitor annual and sick leave in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Support employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and escalations to HR Ops Manager / Director of P&C.
- Develop, update, and enforce People & Culture policies.
- Handle Emiratization, PASI, and GPSSA registrations and payments.
- Calculate and process overtime, monitor deviations, and prepare HR reports (attrition, exit interviews, etc.).
- Conduct exit interviews, prepare final settlements, and manage offboarding, including visa cancellations and asset recovery.
- Provide basic recruitment support (sourcing, screening, and interviewing) for Novecento and HR Operations roles.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law at all times.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience· Degree or diploma in Human Resources is desirable
· A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
· UAE experience is mandatory
· Familiar with the UAE labour
· Full English proficiency is required; Arabic is desirable
