Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for unusual activity, ensuring all areas remain secure and properly maintained.
Possess basic maintenance knowledge, including plumbing and general repair work, to address minor facility-related issues effectively.
Operate surveillance equipment and maintain accurate, detailed logs of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
Support the enforcement of safety protocols and emergency procedures, responding promptly and efficiently to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
Interact professionally and courteously with visitors, employees, and residents, providing assistance, guidance, and relevant information as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or safety management are a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.
Basic knowledge of surveillance technology and security systems, with experience operating CCTV and alarm systems.
Proficiency in English and basic Arabic languages is an advantage for communicating with diverse groups.
