Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task execution, including opening/closing procedures and shift management.

• Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training, performance evaluations, and addressing any personnel issues promptly and professionally.

• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and place orders to maintain optimal product availability and minimize waste, utilizing inventory management systems.

• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant working environment for both staff and customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Supervisor or Manager Experience in UAE Mini Mart / Supermarket preferably DUBAI.

• Experience with InstaShop POS, Instashop, Instacart, Talabat, Deliveroo and other online platforms

• Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role within a supermarket or convenience store environment.

• Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

• Proven track record of inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels.
