About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant (Processing Staff) to manage end-to-end application processing for various immigration programs. This role involves handling documentation, ensuring compliance with international immigration regulations, and supporting clients throughout the application lifecycle with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Application Processing & Documentation
Handle complete processing of immigration applications for programs such as PR, work permits, and visit visas.
Prepare, review, and submit application forms and supporting documents.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with immigration requirements.
Maintain organized records of all client files and documentation.
Case Management & Coordination
Manage multiple client cases simultaneously with strict attention to timelines.
Track application progress and update clients regularly on status.
Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities where required.
Ensure timely submission and follow-ups on all applications.
Client Support & Communication
Assist clients in gathering required documentation and information.
Provide clear guidance on processes, timelines, and requirements.
Respond to client queries via calls, emails, and meetings.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
Ensure all applications comply with immigration laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in immigration policies across different countries.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
Follow company SOPs and quality standards in all processes.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate data entry in CRM and internal systems.
Prepare reports on application status, approvals, and rejections.
Monitor case progress and highlight any risks or delays.
Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
Identify areas for improving processing efficiency and accuracy.
Support implementation of best practices and standardized workflows.
Assist in training new team members when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in immigration processing or visa documentation.
Familiarity with immigration programs such as Canada, Australia, UK, or Europe.
Experience handling documentation and compliance-driven processes.
