Role Summary:
Responsible for overseeing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) operations on-site, ensuring project execution aligns with quality, safety, and timeline standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise MEP installation and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control
Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Site supervision experience
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Understanding of safety regulations
- Communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills: - GCC experience
- Project management exposure
- AutoCAD or relevant technical tools
Experience Requirements: - Minimum 5 years in MEP supervision
- Experience in large-scale construction projects preferred
Education: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
