Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in Indian Cuisine is mandatory

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional table service, ensuring a positive dining experience.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, using POS systems efficiently and effectively.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to Skyzone's standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including clearing and resetting tables.

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with courtesy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and timely delivery.

  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and card transactions.

  • Assist in the opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.

  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective guest interaction.
