Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and timely delivery.
Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and card transactions.
Assist in the opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
