Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability
  • Manage and expand B2B distribution networks across GCC markets (KSA, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait)
  • Lead commercial and trade negotiations with distributors and key accounts
  • Drive trade marketing activations, ensuring strong in-market execution and brand visibility
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts by market, brand, and SKU aligned with sell-out data
  • Oversee stock planning and inventory management to ensure optimal availability and minimize risks
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, and secondary/tertiary sales
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to execute promotions and BTL activities
  • Strengthen distributor performance through regular reviews, target setting, and capability development
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and channel expansion

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory)
  • Strong exposure to KSA market (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in managing distributors and GCC markets (Oman, Qatar, Kuwait preferred)
  • Strong expertise in commercial negotiations, trade marketing, and sales strategy execution
  • Hands-on experience in forecast planning and stock management
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
