<ul><li><p>Job Purpose: To supervise and drive the sales team to achieve sales targets, in line with sales plans and strategies, expand market coverage, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure effective execution across <strong>Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Key Accounts, and Pharmacy channels</strong> in the UAE.</p></li><li><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territories/channels.</p></li><li><p>Supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.</p></li><li><p>Plan daily sales routes, customer coverage, and field activities.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key outlets.</p></li><li><p>Drive distribution, product availability, SKU penetration, and market expansion.</p></li><li><p>Ensure effective execution of promotions, merchandising, pricing, and visibility.</p></li><li><p>Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular field visits and coach team members to improve productivity.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth order fulfillment and collections.</p></li><li><p>Monitor sales KPIs, outlet coverage, productive calls, strike rate, collections, and team performance.</p></li><li><p>Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to Sales Management.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with company sales policies, processes, and reporting requirements.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required.</p></li><li><p><strong>7–10 years of FMCG sales experience</strong>, especially in sales and distribution operations, in the UAE.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in supervising field sales teams, including salesmen, merchandisers, etc.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of UAE FMCG market and Retail channels.</p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Key Accounts and/or Pharmacy channels</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer-management skills.</p></li><li><p>Target-oriented with strong commercial and analytical abilities.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.</p></li><li><p><strong>Valid UAE driving license.</strong></p></li></ul>
