Roles & Responsibilities
To contribute to the development of evidence-based labor market policies by preparing advanced studies and analyses, and providing strategic insights to support decision-makers within the Ministry. This aims to enhance the efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness of the labor market at both local and international levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of strategic studies and analyses related to labor market policies.
Analyze statistical data and economic indicators to identify trends and forecast future impacts.
Develop policy papers and evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making.
Oversee the design and implementation of field studies and surveys, and analyze their results.
Monitor and analyze international best practices in labor market policies.
Prepare periodic and strategic reports for Ministry leadership.
Coordinate with government entities, private sector, and research institutions.
Contribute to development of labor market indicators and dashboards.
Ensure quality and adherence to scientific methodologies.
Support strategic initiatives and projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferably Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, or Data Analysis.
Minimum 10 years of experience in research, analysis, and policy development.
Proven experience in strategic studies and policy reports.
Technical Skills:
Quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Economic research and labor market analysis.
Policy design and evaluation.
Professional report writing.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or statistical tools.
Forecasting and analytical modeling.
