Roles & Responsibilities

bout the Role

Talent Tide is partnering with a leading Dubai government entity to appoint a Senior Strategy Manager ( Emirati) . This role will lead strategic planning initiatives, drive institutional excellence, and ensure alignment with government priorities and future-focused objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with government vision

  • Translate strategy into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes

  • Oversee strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

  • Develop and monitor KPIs/KRIs to drive performance and decision-making

  • Conduct research and future foresight studies to identify trends and opportunities

  • Drive institutional excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support digital and organizational transformation programs

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams



Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Strategic Planning, or a related field

  • Minimum 11+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or a related field

  • Strong background in strategic planning, performance management, and project delivery

  • Experience working within government or large complex organizations is preferred

  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, scenario planning)
