Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with enthusiasm, providing detailed product knowledge on liquor brands, including tasting notes and origin stories, to drive sales.
  • Actively upsell and cross-sell premium liquor products, suggesting complementary items and crafting personalized recommendations to increase transaction value.
  • Manage and maintain attractive product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to capture customer attention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty through personalized service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track sales performance, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, with a preference for experience in the liquor or beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to engage customers and drive sales.
