Supporting the Client Services Manager and wider senior leadership team, this role is ideal for an ambitious junior administrator looking to develop their career within a professional and fast-paced private office environment. This position will involve a broad range of administrative and coordination duties across both corporate and personal matters. Responsibilities will include diary coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, document preparation, meeting support, research tasks and assisting with day-to-day office administration. You may also support with personal errands, event coordination and lifestyle-related requests for the Principal and executive team. The environment is dynamic and no two days will be the same, therefore candidates must be adaptable, proactive and able to manage changing priorities with a calm and professional approach. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion are essential.

The successful candidate will be a well-presented and articulate native English speaker who enjoys working within a smaller, boutique-style office where teamwork and trust are highly valued. Strong MS Office skills are required, along with confidence using modern research tools and AI technologies. This role would suit someone with 1–3 years of administrative or assistant experience who is eager to learn, take ownership and grow within a stable and respected private office structure.
