Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled PLC Engineer to handle automation projects including site surveys, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, testing, and commissioning support. The role requires coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys and prepare control philosophy, I/O schedules, and BOQs Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams for project requirements and estimations Develop PLC programs, HMI graphics, and SCADA systems Configure digital/analog I/O and communication protocols such as Modbus RTU and BACnet Perform in-house testing, site testing, and commissioning activities Coordinate with Procurement and Production teams for materials and panel manufacturing Support site execution, technician deployment, and project handover activities Liaise with clients for site access, safety requirements, and completion reports Ensure proper documentation and submission of project-related reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC systems Experience with HMI, SCADA, Modbus RTU, and BACnet protocols Ability to read electrical and control drawings Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel for site work, testing, and commissioning
