A leading organization is seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant on a 1-year fixed-term contract to provide dedicated support to senior leadership. The role requires a polished professional with strong experience in complex calendar management, coordination, and confidentiality within fast-paced corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior executives
• Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and documents
• Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Proven experience within:
- Investment firms
- Financial services organizations
- Multinational corporations (MNCs)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• High proficiency in MS Office tools
