Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dubai and the UAE market
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
Promote and sell technical products/solutions to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
Prepare and submit technical proposals, BOQs, submittals, and compliance documentation
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for correct product selection and specifications
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction
Support site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities when required
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and prepare regular sales reports
Must have hands-on experience in thermal insulation, ducting systems, and building insulation materials/products within the UAE
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering or related technical field
Proven experience in Sales Engineering or Technical Sales within UAE/GCC market
Strong knowledge of MEP / construction / insulation / HVAC or related technical products (based on industry)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents
Strong client relationship management and business development skills
Self-motivated with ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
UAE driving license preferred (or mandatory if required for client visits)
Experience working with consultants, contractors, and project-based sales environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
