We’re Hiring | Board Secretary

UAE Nationals or Any Arabic Nationality

A leading insurance company in the UAE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Board Secretary to support the Board of Directors and ensure strong corporate governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including preparation of agendas and board packs
  • Record accurate minutes and ensure proper documentation of resolutions
  • Maintain statutory records and corporate documents in line with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks and applicable UAE regulations
  • Liaise with Board members, executive management, and regulators
  • Monitor follow-up on Board resolutions and action items


Skills

Requirements:

  • UAE National (Family Book required) or any Arabic Nationality is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
  • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate governance regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
