This role combines:
— clinic operations,

Key Responsibilities:
— oversee day-to-day clinic operations
— coordinate front desk, call center and patient flow
— monitor appointments, no-shows and scheduling efficiency
— improve lead → appointment → consultation → sales conversion
— support follow-up and retention processes
— monitor KPIs and weekly reporting
— analyze clinic performance and operational metrics
— work with sales targets and revenue goals
— support execution of clinic growth strategy
— coordinate with marketing and sales teams
— improve operational systems and patient experience
— support business development initiatives
— identify operational bottlenecks and revenue growth opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
— UAE experience in healthcare / wellness / aesthetics / hospitality
— operations or clinic management experience
— strong understanding of sales processes and patient conversion
— ability to work with KPIs, reports and performance metrics
— understanding of unit economics and operational efficiency
— analytical and numbers-driven mindset
— strong organizational and leadership skills
— strong English communication skills
— Arabic or Russian is a plus
— proactive, growth-oriented and results-driven mindset
— ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate:
— understands Dubai service market
— can manage both operations and business performance
— comfortable working with revenue targets and KPIs
— able to identify weak points in operational and sales processes
— understands retention, repeat revenue and conversion improvement
— hands-on, structured and commercially minded
Compensation:
— Fixed salary: 8,000 AED
— KPI & performance-based bonuses
— Total monthly income can reach 20,000+ AED based on results and clinic performance
